Responsibilities:
- Ensure all branch achive the bancassurance revenue target
- To increase and maintain branch active ratio
- To increase and maintain RO active ratio
- To increase and maintain CS active ratio
- Conduct training and program refreshment for branch staff
- Arrange Micro Sales Event
- Branch Integration
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- S1, 2-3 years experience in insurance/financial institutions as sales/trainer/marketing
- Advance in operating micr. power point
- Good capability to develop training material, good presentation skill & strong sales management skills
- Good motivation & training skill, execution skills in problem solving & good communication skill
- Discipline & able to work under pressure with less supervision
